Warranty & Manufacturing Defects
Your jewelry should make you feel confident, beautiful, and taken care of.
To ensure that, Trth Jewelry offers a 6-month manufacturing defect warranty on all jewelry.
This warranty covers:
• Broken or faulty clasps
• Jump rings that detach
• Chains that disconnect
• Stone settings or bezels that come loose
• Any defect related to craftsmanship or materials
What is not covered:
• Normal wear and tear
• Scratches, plating wear, or bending
• Tarnishing due to chemicals, water, sweat, lotions, perfumes, or humidity
• Damage caused by dropping, snagging, or improper storage
• Lost or stolen pieces
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
Email support@trthjewelry.com with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos or video of the issue
• A brief description of what happened
After reviewing your claim, we will provide the appropriate solution — repair, replacement, or store credit.
Lost or Stolen Packages
TRTH is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
For missing packages, please contact USPS or your local carrier to open an investigation.
