We offer standard shipping on all orders within the U.S.

Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days via USPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.


International Shipping

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 15-day return and exchange policy on all orders.

Return Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges: Items can be exchanged within 15 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange: Please email our customer service team at support@trthjewelry.com to start the process.

All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and include any original packaging.

 


 

Lost or Stolen Package Policy

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once USPS marks them as delivered to the correct shipping address provided at checkout. If your package is missing but marked as delivered:

Please check around your property, mailbox, and with neighbors.

Contact your local USPS office with your tracking number for further assistance.

You may also file a Missing Mail Search Request with USPS.

We recommend selecting a secure delivery location to prevent lost or stolen packages.
